Congratulations! You’ve purchased one of the finest sleep systems available, backed up by one of the finest warranties available. Our mattress sets are manufactured to the highest standards and quality. Our warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement of any sleep set that does not to live up to our high standards for quality and workmanship.

Our Exchange Policy

We offer a one time exchange in the event your new mattress firmness is not suitable for you. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must buy and use one of our waterproof mattress protectors.

 

Please allow 14 days for your mattress to conform to your sleep style. New mattresses will support and cradle your body differently and will take some time for you to adjust.

If you are unhappy with the firmness of your mattress after 14 days, we will help you select one that better suits your needs. You will be required to pay the difference between your one-time reselection and your original set, if the reselection price is higher.

Please Note: we will not refund the difference between your original and new sleep set, should your new choice be less expensive. The difference will be held for you as in-store credit to be used towards a future mattress or furniture purchase.
